Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of Carriage

When purchasing or booking a ticket all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel.
  • GilisTicket.com will not accept responsibility should there be injury on board the boat
  • GilisTicket.com reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.
  • GilisTicket.com is not recommended for passengers who are; pregnant, suffering from heart conditions and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments.- The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit
    Rescheduling is based on seat availability and must be made 1 days prior to guest departure.

  • Please check in at least 60 minutes before departure.

Cancellations & Delays

  • GilisTicket.com shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays.
  • Additional expenses arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.

Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellation 0 – 1 day Before Schedule Departure Refund 0%
  • Cancellation 2 – 5 Day Before Schedule Departure Refund 50 %

Refund

  • Refunds will be given in accordance with the provisions of GilisTicket.com .If guests do not arrive when departure arrives, tickets cannot be refunded.
  • The refund process will take approximately 14 working days

Chargeback

  • Customers who have purchased GilisTicket.com tickets and have received services from GilisTicket.com cannot charge back for any reason

Force Majeure :

  • GilisTicket.comoperates under all normal weather conditions, which also can include rain. In case of rain or bad weather, We will first check whether it is safe for the fast boat to sail. If not, the activity will be canceled and the funds will be refunded.
